I will pour out, spill forth My Spirit, My breath, for the empowering of My people on all mankind, all flesh; And your sons and daughters will prophesy, they will bubble up, be inspired, and pour forth words abundantly. Your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see, perceive, experience visions, revelations (especially delivered via a dream), and have mental sight. Even on my servants, subjects, worshipers, both men and woman I will pour out, spill forth My Spirit, My breath, for the empowering of My people in those days."
